Using Cobblemon 1.7's new cosmetic item feature, you can now give Pokemon items to give them cosmetics! I implemented from Pokopia: Peakychu, Mosslax, and Smearguru!

• Peakychu Give Pikachu Soul Sand
• Mosslax Give Snorlax Moss Block
• Smearguru Give Smeargle Firework Rocket
• Professor Tangrowth Give Tangrowth Wise Glasses
• Ditto Trainer: Female Give Ditto Yellow Pokedex
• Ditto Trainer: Male Give Ditto Blue Pokedex
